Employee Performance Management

The negative behaviors are often hard to see, difficult to prove and quite uncomfortable to address. The managers usually find it hard to talk to employees about performance related issues. Most supervisors dread initiating these kinds of conversations, and many avoid them as much as possible, with the result that this causes performance issues to worsen over time. Usually the areas that require improvement relate to behaviors that are difficult to quantify, such as interpersonal skills, personality traits, motivation and attitude. Consequently the manager's perceptions can seem subjective rather than objective. So discussing these issues with an employee can seem out of the question. The underlying problem is the inability to translate what is "known" into effective words that are easier to say and positively effect the employee. Through this workshop providers will gain new skills to assess performance, create the right talking points and manage the resulting discussion.

Full Time : 1 weeks (6 Hrs/day - 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM with one hour lunch break) weeknights/weekends
Part Time : 2 weeks (3 Hrs/day - 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 4 PM) weeknights/weekends
Cost : $3,999.00 + HST
