Cost analysis/ Commercial Evaluations, is a systematic process for calculating and comparing benefits of project, decision or government policy. Our workshop participants are busy technical and business professionals who are expected to use and present credible cost-benefit analyses to make and defend their choices. Today’s decision-makers demand hard facts before they approve a project or authorize an acquisition. Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) is the technique business-savvy IT organizations use to identify the “best” choice. A credible CBA provides hard facts to help reach correct decisions.
