As the name implies, this workshop is aimed to help stop absenteeism by teaching employers how to enforce certain restrictions that allow you to help stop the absenteeism from occurring and by keeping the freedom of the employee. You will also learn ways to keep employees motivated during the enforcement of these new rules thus stopping or at least reducing the "sick" calls that plague you constantly at work.
