Course Outline

This strategic planning course is designed to help businesses establish a set of key measurements, match these with targets and the appropriate resource levels. Setting up a monitoring performance system is also covered in this course.

All those managers and professionals involved in measuring the performance of the business, including those in a planning and monitoring role.

Establish the Business Priorities

$1799 + HST per participant for a two day workshop,
$2499 + HST per participant for a three day workshop,
