Course Outline
This two-day workshop focus is simple. This provides practical tools for personal growth to help participants better serve the internal and external customer and get results for the company. Our programs are simply the best in the business!

At our training centre in downtown Toronto, 10.00AM to 5.00PM with one hour lunch break.
$1799 + HST per participant for a two day workshop,
$2499 + HST per participant for a three day workshop,
