The Training Managers To Train Workshop will do just that. Train managers to effectively teach lower-level employees the skills needed to imcoporate themselves as diligent, successful, proficient members of the organization as well as leaving the manager that trained them the satisfaction of a job well done; not to mention the pride that they have just finished training a well off member of the organization.
