Supervisory Skill Basics
The role of supervisor is an honorable and prestigious role. It means that other people recognize your skill and think that you are ready to handle important decisions and sensitive work. Taking a look from another perspective - yours - we see that the transition from manager to supervisor is a little bumpy and can use some work. The new supervisor did not expect that a supervisor's role was going to be more than just being a manager with "more responsibilities". Becoming a supervisor may be hard if the basics are not learnt. That is why the Supervisory Skill Basics is available. Learn the very foundations of supervision and how to use these skills effectively.
