Safety Supervisor Skills
The role of a safety supervisor is an important one. The safety supervisor is in charge of the individual safety for all employees. In a large company, this may be hard to do! The supervisor must have the essential skills and knowledge of managing his/herself to ensure that employee safety is met. To help those safety supervisors whose skills are somewhat lacking, we introduce our Safety Supervisor Skills Workshop. In this workshop, safety supervisors will be taught essential skills that surround employee safety including time management, delegation and prevention.
