Human performance is something that can be greatly improved. Managing performance has the dual purpose of arranging situations (environment) so that employees can do their best and growing the employees by educating, enlightening, and appreciating them. Undermining the growth of performance can lead to devastating effects. The Human Performance Improvements Workshop aims to help target areas that need improvements and retrains that area with specific exercises and techniques that can drastically change a person’s performance dramatically.
