Behavioral Interviewing
A relatively new mode of interviewing, Behavior-Based Interviewing employs various techniques in order to assess if the interviewee is the right fit for the job. One of the techniques employed by a Behavioral Interviewer is asking specific questions. For instance, instead of using traditional questions like "What would you do in this situation?", the interviewer would ask, "What were you thinking at that point?" or "Tell me more about your meeting with that person," or "Lead me through your decision process." The techniques employed by behavioral interviewers are complex and hard to understand if one were to look into it on their own. Our Behavior-Based Interviewing Workshop is designed to teach you the fundamentals of the Behavior-Based Interviewing process as well as how to implement the method well.
