Course Cancellations and Refunds

  • Key 2Careers cancels the Workshop: A full refund will be processed.

  • Registrant cancels:

  • 10 Business days or more before Workshop Date : 100% Refund less an administration fee of $50

  • 5-9 Business days before Workshop Date : 50% Refund less an administration fee of $50.

  • Within 3-4 Business day s before Workshop Date : No Refund.

  • After Workshop has started : No Refunds

  • Refund requests may be submitted by phone, fax, email, online, or in person.
